How long have you been in business ?
We started Crystal D Studio in 2014, since then We have done over 400 weddings.
How do we book?
A small retainer fee (Please refer to pricing PDF) and signing our contract. The balance is due within 14 days after the Wedding date.
Can you hold the date for me?
Unfortunately we are a first come, first serve studio. In order to hold the date we require a retainer payment and digitally signed contract
How long does it take to get our wedding images?
7 days after the wedding sneak peek images will be emailed to you and posted on Instagram for your friends and family to view. 8 weeks for high resolution images.
How long does it take to get our wedding videos?
7 Days After Your Wedding: 60 Seconds sneak peek will be emailed to you and posted to Instagram for your friends and family to view.
Within 12 Weeks of Your Wedding: You’ll receive 4-5min
Cinematic film and the Full-Length Documentary.
Is there a limit of photos we receive ?
No, There’s no limit. You’ll receive between 600 - 1000 edited photos, this depends on the legth of our coverage.
If we run over our coverage time what happens?
We have an overtime rate, your approval and permission is needed for us to continue covering your event. You will receive your overtime bill after your honeymoon.
If it rains and our portrait session is ruined what next?
We will provide a free 2hr couple’s portrait session if your outdoor wedding-day portraits can’t happen.
